Tekha Selim is an international business leader, entrepreneur, and recognized speaker whose career spans health, sustainability, technology, innovation, investment, and human development. Over the past decade, he has worked alongside governments, global organizations, and industry leaders, contributing to initiatives that have influenced industries, communities, and the way people live and work.
Throughout his career, Tekha has played a significant role in advancing the healthy building movement across the Middle East and North Africa, contributing to the adoption of WELL programs across more than one billion square feet of projects. His work has involved collaborations with prominent government entities, major developers, and multinational organizations, alongside organizing high-level international forums, conferences, and industry initiatives.
Beyond his executive leadership, Tekha has established an international presence as a speaker, entrepreneur, and media personality. He has delivered more than 170 speeches worldwide, participated in over 150 international events, and spoken on three TEDx stages. His experience also extends to television, media, and the establishment of Tekha Group, an international organization focused on human development, education, and global engagement.
His professional journey is equally diverse. Tekha represented Egypt in basketball, competed in NCAA college basketball in the United States, and played professionally in Dubai. He also worked as a college instructor in the United States, teaching Speech Communication and Race, Gender & Human Identity. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and a master’s degree in Media Studies.
Today, Tekha serves as CEO of P3Global, Head of MENA at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), and Partner and CEO of Innovest. Through these roles, he continues to connect business, technology, investment, and human well-being, building partnerships and advancing initiatives across industries and international markets.
