Tekha Selim is the CEO of P3Global, a company focused on technology, AI, and innovation at the intersection of health, sustainability, and the built environment. P3Global focuses on pioneering R&D and advanced problem-solving, developing strategies that tackle global challenges, from improving human health to advancing envirnomental sustainability, while shaping the future of how people live and work.  Through P3Global, Tekha works with leading organizations and governments, to integrate advanced solutions that enhance people’s health, protect the planet, and drive profitability.

He also serves as Executive Vice President & Head of MENA Region for Delos and as Executive Vice President & Head of MENA Region at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). Tekha brings over a decade of expertise as an international leader in the intersection of health and the built environment. He has been leading the growth of the WELL Healthy Building Movement in the MENA region and has helped organize over 75 Governmental events and training sessions related to WELL in the region. Tekha has played a key role in enrolling over 1 billion+ sqft. of projects in various WELL programs across the region, collaborating with prestigious organizations such as The UAE Prime Minister’s Office, Dubai Police, Majid Al Futtaim, Misk Foundation, ADNOC, Mubadala, Emaar, Nakheel, and more. On December 12,2022, he was able to organize the Future of Health, Wellness & Innovation Forum, which was held at the Museum of the Future in collaboration with the Dubai Government. The Forum was a huge success and was attended by many Government organizations as well as several conglomerates from the UAE and the greater MENA Region.

Prior to leading P3Global and serving in his roles at Delos and IWBI, Tekha founded the internationally known Tekha Group organization, which promotes healthy lifestyles by bridging cultural gaps through different programs all over the world.  Through Tekha Group, he has delivered more than 170 speeches to hundreds of thousands of people all over the world, and he has been a part of more than 150 global events, including 3 TEDx events where he was invited as a Keynote speaker. Tekha Group worked on numerous government initiatives aimed at advancing healthy lifestyles in different countries. The world’s smallest fitness step tracker, the MymoTekha, was named after him. Tekha has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and a Master’s Degree in Media Studies. He also has worked as a college instructor in the USA, teaching classes in Speech Communication and Race, Gender & Human Identity. Tekha played basketball on the Egyptian National Team, American college basketball (NCAA) as well as professionally in Dubai.
